I have worked for both large blue chip companies through to much smaller start ups. Engaging with customers in both the commercial and public sector. I help companies strengthen their commercial approach, win new business, and build long-term customer and partner relationships. I provide these services in a fractional capacity where I deliver the support in either a part time or full time capacity over an agreed time period. The time period can have breakpoints to match the customer's requirement in terms of success criteria and cost milestones, thus giving them complete confidence over their expectations in terms of results and value for money.
